Responsible Gambling
At Realz we take responsible gambling seriously. We want players to enjoy gaming in a safe, controlled way, so we provide clear tools and guidance to help you stay in control. This page explains our approach, the controls available on your account, and where to go for extra support if you need it.
Player protection principles
We believe play should be voluntary, informed, and within a player’s means. We use risk‑aware checks and encourage sensible limits, verification when required, and open communication. Our actions are focused on reducing harm while respecting privacy and player dignity.
Activity-control tools
You can manage your activity from your account settings. Tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, temporary time-outs, and options for longer self-exclusion. These controls are immediate and designed to be easy to apply or remove, with safeguards for longer exclusions.
Deposit limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control how much you add to your account. Default minimums and maximums are shown in the limits section, and you can lower your limit at any time. Increasing limits usually involves a waiting period for your protection.
Loss limits
Loss limits let you cap net losses over a selected period. This helps prevent chasing and keeps play within a budget. Loss limits can be combined with deposit limits and will be applied automatically once set.
Time limits and account breaks
Use session timers and time-out options to restrict how long you play in a single sitting. Account breaks let you suspend access for a few days or weeks without full self-exclusion. These features are useful for short-term control or a planned pause.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion provides a longer-term block on your account and access to our services. You can choose a self-exclusion period that suits you. During exclusion we deactivate access, block marketing, and direct you to local support services. Requests for reinstatement go through a formal review process.
Signs of problematic behaviour
Watch for warning signs such as increasing bets to recover losses, neglecting responsibilities, hiding activity, or using funds intended for essentials. If you notice these behaviours in yourself or someone close to you, consider using account controls or seeking help.
Tips for maintaining control
Set realistic budgets, schedule regular breaks, use deposit and loss limits, avoid gambling when stressed or under the influence, and keep a record of time and money spent. Discuss concerns with a trusted friend or family member if you need perspective.
Professional help and support organisations
